Return Policy

Returns not applicable on sale products.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Nila Bags purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unused, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 30 days of order shipment date.


Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.


Please note, any products that are shipped free, do not come with return labels. All returns must be made by you using your choice of courier.

Sale items that are marked down 30% or below are considered final sale.

Final sales have no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Most commonly, final sales are applied to:

    • clearance sale items
    • customized items
    • non-returnable items

    Although final sale items are typically not eligible for returns, there may be exceptions. For example, if items are damaged during transit, we will reimburse you for the goods.

    Timing for a Return

    To receive your refund to your original method of payment, your online return must be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.

    Receiving Your Refund

    Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Return tracking information will be available up to 3 days after mailing. You will receive an email once your return is processed. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for the credit to post to your account. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
