Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept the return of unused, unworn, and unaltered items with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders or purchase information from your printed store receipt. Please note that the return must be made within 15 days of the order shipment date.
How to make a Return:
To initiate a return, please click on the "Start a Return" link located in the footer of the home page and follow the prompts. No phone calls are necessary. If you purchased the item online, please submit the return request through our online system. In addition, make sure to ship the items with the reference/order number, to the provided address, within the designated return timeframe, for us to issue the refund. Please note that products shipped for free do not come with return labels, and you will be responsible for returning them using your preferred courier.
After submitting the return request, please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process the refund. We'll send you an email notification once the return process is complete.
Please be aware that sale items marked down 30% or below are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Final sale items typically include clearance sale items, customized items, and non-returnable items. However, if items are damaged during transit, we will reimburse you for the goods.
Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram are subject to the return policy of those platforms and are not eligible for exchanges.
Timing for returns:
To receive a refund to your original method of payment, your online return must be received within 15 days of the order shipment date. Limited-Edition items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
To combat unethical practices, we do not accept "wardrobing" or "staging." Wardrobing refers to the purchase of items with the intention of wearing them and returning them for a full refund, while staging involves purchasing items solely for the purpose of showing them off on social media. We also ask that customers limit the number of items purchased for "bracketing" purposes to minimize waste and reduce the impact on our business and the environment.
